How Patreek Works

Patreek Inc. is an independent third-party AI analytics service for publicly listed prediction markets. This page explains exactly what we do, what we don't do, and how your money and data are handled.

What Patreek is

Patreek operates a news, community, and analytics product at patreek.com. Within that product, the /analyze surface provides AI-generated probability estimates and written reasoning on publicly listed prediction-market questions (for example, "Will Bitcoin reach $150K by June 30, 2026?").

Each analysis is generated by a large language model from publicly available data sources. The output is an editorial estimate; it is not a trading recommendation, financial advice, or a guarantee of outcome.

What Patreek is NOT

Patreek Inc. is not, and does not act as, any of the following:

A prediction market or event-contract platform. We do not list, match, or settle any contracts. We do not accept wagers or stakes.
A broker, dealer, or exchange. We do not place trades on your behalf, hold custody of any funds, or execute orders against any market.
An affiliate, agent, or partner of any prediction-market platform, event-contract exchange, brokerage, cryptocurrency exchange, news publication, or community forum. Where we reference any such platform by name, we do so descriptively to identify a publicly listed market we have analyzed.
An investment adviser. Nothing on Patreek is investment, legal, or tax advice. Analyses are editorial probability estimates only.

How payments work

All paid features on Patreek are billed through Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. When you purchase an analysis or subscription:

You are redirected to Stripe's hosted checkout (checkout.stripe.com) to enter your payment details.
Patreek never sees, transmits, or stores your card number, CVV, or banking details.
Stripe returns a session reference; we use it only to confirm the payment succeeded and to grant access to the purchased analysis or subscription.
Refunds, subscription cancellations, and disputes are processed through Stripe.

What we never ask for

Patreek does not request, collect, store, or transmit any of the following:

Login credentials, API keys, or session tokens for any third-party platform (including any prediction-market platform, cryptocurrency exchange, brokerage, or wallet provider).
Cryptocurrency private keys, seed phrases, or wallet recovery phrases.
Payment card numbers (entered only on Stripe's hosted checkout, never on patreek.com).
Bank account, routing, or wire information.

We have no API integration with any prediction-market platform. We cannot place trades, transfer funds, or take any action on your behalf on any third-party platform. Our access to market data is read-only and limited to publicly available market information.

All third-party brand names and trademarks referenced anywhere on this site are the property of their respective owners. References are descriptive, made for the sole purpose of identifying the publicly available market data we analyze.

Account creation & identity

Account sign-up uses our own user-pool infrastructure (AWS Cognito). You can sign up with email and password, with Google Sign-In (OAuth 2.0), or with Sign in with Apple. We do not ask for, scrape, or relay credentials to any third-party platform.
